Mary Beth's Fishing Report:

July 22, 2010 Fishing is still good on Fort Peck! The lake is much fuller than it has been in the past several years so the water temperatures are staying cooler than usual for this time of year.

More water coupled with no 100 degree days and plenty of wind keeps the water temps about 70-73 degrees, perfect for walleye, northern and small mouth bass.

I expect fishing for those species to be good in the Hell Creek area east and west for at least a couple more weeks, or until we get several days of hot, flat weather.

Check out the success pictures on our facebook page: Kibler Charter Fishing and in the photo gallery. Make plans to come join us while the catching is good!

The campground has showers and electric hook ups, potable water and an rv dump, so camping is much more convenient now. Jordan is 25 miles from the fishing hole. The Garfield Motel 406-557-6215 or Fellman’s Motel 406-557-2209 are good choices if you want to commute from Jordan.
